DF900D Nose-girder Positioning  Beam Launcherf (DF900D BL for short)develop by us is one of our NDF’s advanced equipments specialized for erecting Class 900t Railway Box-girder Bridge.
With high manufacturing quality, it was developed and improved on the base of our DF900 simple-span type Lauching Girder and desiged with many excellent features by absorbing advantadges of same purpose equipments at home and abroad.
Applicable Scope
    DF900D Launching Girder is used to erecting Railway Precast Concrete Box-girder Bridge with span up to 32meters and weight up to 900tons.  For bridge type, it often used to  erect Double-track monolithic box- girder Bridge, and can meet  different span-beams’ erection (like 32m,24m and 20m) in one project.
    Besides the normal operation, it perfectly meets the needs to erect first-span and last-span beams and can be operated and exchange flexibly between many different construction conditions. And transported by our Elevating Transporter(ET), it can be moved from one place to another and pass through tunnels.
